Broadway guest teacher  will work with students on how to select the right monologue and how to bring it to life. Each student will work in a small group setting and have the opportunity each week to build a strong monologue audition. Students will share in the process of self-discovery and personal growth as they bring their creative self to their material in a fun and safe environment.

Each session will begin with a physical warm up; students will then spend the session working on their monologue material in a group environment. During each class students will get one on one time to work on their pieces and receive feedback and direction.

Students should prepare one or two monologue pieces for the first session of this class. Our guest teacher will have additional monologue material to offer students if their pieces are not working for them. All monologues should be from a published play. This class is limited to 12 students
