We are thrilled to welcome back, Broadway star – COREY COTT  for a special Musical Theatre Master Class for students ages 12-19!

Corey Cott made his Broadway debut as the headline-weilding Jack Kelly in Disney’s Newsies! He then went on to  star as Gaston in the Broadway revival of Gigiopposite Vanessa Hudgens. Most recently, Mr. Cott appeared on Broadway and in movie theatres  as Donny Novitski, the bandleader and World War II veteran in the Tony-award winning musical, Bandstand. Corey is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University’s School of Drama. Mr. Cott’s regional credits include Miss Saigon, Jekyll and Hyde, West Side Story and Jesus Christ Superstar. On TV, he can be seen in Madam Secretary, Law and Order: Special Victim’s Unit and The Good Fight. Corey has taught numerous workshops and master classes for us and has made a lasting impression on our students.

Corey will work with each student on audition technique and song interpretation in this special one-day Musical Theatre Master Class. We will focus on giving actors the opportunity to bring their audition and performance skills to the next level and how to better connect to their audition material. Students will break down their song material with one on one coaching in a class setting. Students will also have the opportunity to be part of a Q&A with Mr. Cott and the Broadway Workshop team.
