We are thrilled to welcome BE MORE CHILL &  DEAR EVAN HANSEN star WILL ROLAND for this special musical theater master class!

This workshop is SOLD OUT. Join the waiting list for the most updated availability!

WILL ROLAND is currently starring in the hit off Broadway musical BE MORE CHILL. Will made his Broadway debut in  DEAR EVAN HANSEN as Jared Kleinman. Will created the role of Jared in the first incarnation of the show at Arena Stage in DC and continued with the show to its Off-Broadway run at Second Stage and then to Broadway! His Off-Broadway and regional credits include The Black Suits (CTG and Barrington), The Bus (59E59), LoserSongs (Don’t Tell Mama), Academia Nuts! (NYMF). TV: “Mysteries of Laura” (NBC), “Red Oaks” (Amazon). He is also a frequent collaborator with Joe Iconis & Family leading him to his current role in Be More Chill.

Mr. Roland will work with each student on audition technique and song interpretation in this special one day Master Class. We will focus on giving actors the opportunity to bring their audition and performance skills to the next level and how to better connect to their audition material. Students will break down their song material with one on one coaching in a class setting. Finally, students will have the opportunity to be part of a Q&A with Mr. Roland and the Broadway Workshop team. Will’s last workshop with us left parents and students raving about their experience!

Students will need 2 musical theatre audition songs in the correct key for this workshop. We will only be focusing on ONE 16/32 bar musical cut in this class. We ask that students have a second song to be used as back up. Students should NOT sing music for Dear Evan Hansen or Be More Chill. Music should be in a binder and clearly marked for our musical director. There is no dance component to this class.

THIS IS AN ADVANCED LEVEL CLASS. Students should be prepared for honest feedback and be ready to work in depth on their song selections. Students should have a high level of vocal training and have professional aspirations.

This class is limited to 16 Students.
