We are thrilled to welcome back Broadway stars COREY COTT & RYAN STEELE for a special Musical Theatre Workshop!

THIS WORKSHOP IS SOLD OUT. Please sign up for the waiting list for the most up to date info!

COREY COTT made headlines with his Broadway debut as ‘Jack Kelly’  in the hit musical NEWSIES. He last appeared on Broadway as ‘Gaston Lachaille’ in the musical Gigi alongside Vanessa Hudgens. Most recently, Corey starred in the world premiere of the new original musical, The Bandstand, directed and choreographed by Andy Blankenbuehler (Hamilton) at the Paper Mill Playhouse. Corey will continue with The Bandstand when it makes it way to Broadway in 2016.

This workshop will begin with Mr. Cott working with each student on audition technique and song interpretation. We will focus on giving actors the opportunity to bring their audition and performance skills to the next level and how to better connect to their audition material. Students will break down their song material with one on one coaching in a class setting. Students will have the opportunity to be part of a Q&A with Mr. Cott and the Broadway Workshop team.

Then, students will participate in a Broadway-style Dance/movement class lead by RYAN STEELE, who has appeared on Broadway in the original casts of Newsies and Matilda and on TV in NBC’s Peter Pan Live!

Students will need 1 -2 musical theatre or pop/rock audition songs in the correct key for this workshop. We will only be focusing on ONE 16/32 bar musical cut in this class. If possible please have a second song to be used as back up. Songs should be 3- hole punched and in a binder. Accompanist will be provided. Students will also need clothes and shoes they can easily move in for the dance portion of this workshop.

Corey and Ryan are such dynamic teachers, we know each student will get so much out of their time in the classroom!

Class is limited to 16 students.
